• Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
• Minor variations may occur due to fabric and manufacturing characteristics.
• Product availability may change without prior notice.
• Customers should review product descriptions and size charts before placing orders.

5 Pricing & Payments

• All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes (including 5% Apparel GST) and delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
• Orders are subject to successful payment confirmation, except for approved Cash on Delivery orders.
• Customers must provide valid payment information.
• ERRORFIT may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions.

Any pricing errors or order discrepancies will be handled appropriately, including cancellation and applicable refunds where payment has already been collected.

6 Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance until the order is confirmed.

ERRORFIT may contact customers to verify order details. Orders may be cancelled for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability or inventory exhaustion.
• Incorrect pricing display.
• Incorrect or incomplete order information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by ERRORFIT, an appropriate refund will be provided.

7 Customization & Personalization Policy

ERRORFIT offers customization and personalization services, including customized clothing and printed products. Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and customization details.
• Uploading designs and photographs they are legally permitted to use.
• Reviewing the selected design, size and customization preferences before confirming an order.
• Ensuring that submitted content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Minor differences in print positioning, colour or appearance may occur due to printing methods and fabric characteristics. ERRORFIT will address confirmed printing defects or products that materially differ from the approved design.

8 VeerVastra – Customized Traditional Clothing

VeerVastra is an ERRORFIT category focused on traditional and customized clothing, including made-to-measure shirts and other traditional apparel.

For customized orders:

• Customers may submit garment measurements through the provided form.
• Customers may upload tailor measurement photographs or reference images.
• Customers must provide accurate customization instructions.
• Orders will be processed based on the submitted and confirmed specifications.
• Additional production time may be required for customized garments.

Customers should carefully review their measurements and instructions before confirming the order. Customized products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, applicable remedies remain available for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially non-conforming products.

9 Corporate & Education Bulk Orders

ERRORFIT may provide bulk clothing and customized merchandise for companies, institutions and educational organizations, including:

• Polo T-shirts
• Round-neck T-shirts
• Oversized T-shirts
• Hoodies and sweatshirts
• Shirts and uniforms
• Caps
• Sublimation T-shirts
• Printed water bottles
• Printed mugs
• Mouse pads
• Other customized merchandise

For bulk orders, pricing may depend on product type and quantity. Design, logo and artwork requirements must be confirmed before production. Final pricing, quantities, specifications and other applicable order conditions will be communicated during the quotation and order confirmation process.

10 Shipping & Delivery

ERRORFIT aims to deliver products safely and within the communicated delivery timelines.

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days nationwide.
• Custom-printed products: 7–12 business days, depending on design and curing requirements.
• Customized clothing: May require additional tailoring and QA processing time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including their name, mobile number, complete address and PIN code.

11 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by the ERRORFIT Return & Refund Policy. Customers are encouraged to review the complete Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. The applicable consumer rights and remedies under Indian law will remain unaffected.

12 Intellectual Property Rights

All ERRORFIT intellectual property, including logos, branding, product photographs, website and application designs, graphics, illustrations, and original descriptions, belongs to ERRORFIT or its respective rights holders.

No person may reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially use this content without appropriate written authorization.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the photographs, logos and designs they upload do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

13 Customer Responsibilities
