Our shipping operations are integrated with official national logistics partner Delhivery Express, ensuring verified automated waybills (AWB), real-time barcoded tracking, and doorstep fulfillment.
2 Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on whether the ordered garment is standard ready-to-wear, custom DTG printed, or made-to-measure tailored:
Includes Oversized T-Shirts, Premium Hoodies, Polo T-Shirts, Mafia Edition (All Black), and Error Basics. Dispatched from warehouse within 24–48 hours.
Personalized graphics, client photos, and text customizer items. Undergoes high-definition Direct-To-Garment printing, heat press curing, and color-fastness testing prior to dispatch.
Short Kurta Shirts & Traditional Shirts. Handcrafted from artisan fabrics (Cotton, Linen, Khadi, Jacquard) based on 13-point customer measurements or uploaded tailor slips.
Institutional orders for companies, colleges, uniforms, and branded merchandise. Production and transit times are communicated during quotation approval.
3 Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Policy
Eligible only for verified delivery addresses located strictly under 15 kilometres from our central Jubilee Hills dispatch hub. Orders situated at or beyond 15 km automatically switch to reliable Standard Courier shipping.
4 Order Tracking & Dispatch Updates
Once your parcel is handed over to Delhivery Express or assigned to our local dispatch fleet, you will receive:
- An instant WhatsApp and Email notification containing your official tracking number and carrier link.
- Real-time transit updates when the package leaves our hub, reaches your local hub, and is out for delivery.
- 24/7 access to tracking through the My Orders dashboard on our website.
5 Tamper-Evident Packaging & Unboxing Guidelines
All ERRORFIT apparel is sealed in weather-resistant, tamper-evident security packaging with official branded security tape. Each package contains the official computer-generated Tax Invoice.
6 Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery Attempts
Delhivery couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning a parcel to our hub (Return To Origin – RTO). Customers must ensure that their registered mobile number is reachable and that complete landmark and address details are provided during checkout.
